Thank you | Hike x HIIT x Yoga
Last Sunday, we had a Combo class - Hike x HIIT x Yoga.Here are some highlights from that day. Thank you to everyone who joined us that day. We hope you all enjoyed connecting with Mother Nature and had a great sweat session.

Hiking Combo | HIIT x Yoga
60 - 90 minutes Hike + 60 minutes HIIT x Yoga
We will meet at 8:30am in Lemon Drop Studio, then start our hike to the Peak. Bag drop will be available if needed. You can either leave right after the combo class on the Peak or come back to the studio with us :)
