Acro yoga is a dynamic practice that elevates you and your friends (or soon-to-be friends) through movement, connection, and play. It combines acrobatics, vinyasa, and inversion training. Acro yoga connects people all over the world, improving communication, body awareness, mutual trust, and self-confidence in a safe and fun environment, all the while increasing strength, flexibility and fitness level in its practitioners.
