HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) A full-body cardiovascular workout that combines multiple high-intensity exercises to keep your heart rate at a high level in order to burn more fat in less time. HIIT also improves your performance and muscles’ stability, strength, and endurance.
Yoga Stretch This stretching class is set in a slow-paced environment and incorporates breath work and longer holds to help improve flexibility. Yoga Stretch is beneficial to increase mobility and flexibility in movements.
