Bring a loved one or close friend for a complete spring cleaning of the body and mind. We will focus on the yoga intention, 'positive thinking and being in the present moment' in each pose, flow and breath that we experience. The class will include partner poses, and a few group poses to create a sense of community. We will use many balancing poses to help us center our mind and strengthen our body. There will also be a candle gazing meditation to help improve our concentration, strengthen our eyesight and to relax ourselves near the end of the class.
