VINYASA, GENTLE FLOW
Joanna first started yoga as a teenager and saw continuous transformation in her ability to face stress and troubling uncertainties with calm resilience. She has found that yoga can bring whatever you need in life as soon as you move with intention and control the monkey mind.
She completed a 200hr Hatha Vinyasa training with Samrat Dasgupta and Yoga for Children Level 1 with Karen Wightman. Her curiousity in one’s spiritual transformation led her to a ten-day Vipassana meditation course too. With a focus on breath and alignment, Joanna’s classes leads you to move mindfully and cultivate inner peace.
