Jean-Marc discovered yoga in 2008 and felt an immediate connection to Ashtanga discipline. While his practice became more and more regular and consistent, the initial attraction to the physical challenges unfolded into deeper, wider benefits of yoga beyond asanas: instills discipline, calm, balance state of mind and much more.

He has been several times to Mysore India to study with Sharath Jois and attended teacher trainings with David Swenson (40h in 2014 + 100h in 2019 on primary and intermediate series) to deepen his understandings of the Ashtanga method.


Jean-Marc aims to create a relax and fun atmosphere in his classes, a space to move away from life’s demands and stress.


His priority is to give each of his students the tools to improve their practice in a safe way.
