Emma is a Certified hatha 200 hours, prenatal & postnatal and kids yoga instructor. She started yoga practice since her early 20s, back then for her it was stretching and stress release. When she was pregnant with her son Edward, Emma fell in love with yoga, in particular prenatal yoga, she is amazed how yoga has helped her physically and emotionally, as well as a smooth delivery.
Emma started her journey as a yoga instructor in 2017, currently she teaches in various studios. She wishes to share her knowledge and experience with all mamas so that more mamas can have positive pregnancy experience like her.
