Donna aspires to change the way people see yoga.
It is more than shedding a few pounds and touching your toes, nor is it a competition to identify the most flexible body. It helps you calm, focus, balance, and relax, in both the physical practice and everyday life.
Donna trained with one of the most accomplished yoga masters today (Dr Yoganath Andiappan).
She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at International Yoga Academy in 2018, followed by an advanced teacher teaching in creative sequencing and adjustment in 2019.
Donna’s teaching incorporates a blend of stimulating flow and deep, relaxing stretch, helping yogis nurture their interest in yoga. Donna’s classes, ranged from Vinyasa to restorative, are fun and empowering.
