With a 15-year professional training in classical ballet with the Royal Academy of Dance, Yentl has always known her passion in fitness and physical health. In 2015, she moved back to Hong Kong from The UK and started a job in the financial industry with a high level of stress. This was when she started suffering from constant back pain and become intrigued in finding a fitness practise that not only challenges her physically but also enhances her mentally.
By chance, she was introduced to Yoga by a client. Soon after realising the health benefits that Yoga brings, she's completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training course with the renowned Yogananth Andiappan. Since then she’s brought it upon herself to always provide an inclusive practise suitable for audiences of all ages and physical fitness levels. The style of her classes is typically Hatha, Power, and Vinyasa.
As part of her effort to spread the benefits of Yoga, She’s introduced it to her colleagues by conducting classes during lunch hour at her office, students usually leave her classes feeling moderately challenged yet relaxed and calm. She’s a true believer in that Yoga is a life-long practise and journey that anyone can embark on as long as they’re open and willing to take the first step into self-betterment.
