For Samantha,  Yoga is to awaken insights into the happiness of pure being.

The inquiry in Yoga has led her to study authentic Yoga from its very direct source in India.

Apart from a strong Ashtanga lineage training background, she studies pranayama, meditation, yogic philosophy with different world-renowned masters, as well as studying Tibetan Buddhism in Nepal. She hopes to open doors for students humbly.
