ALIGNMENT

A former gymnast who can’t sit still, yoga was originally just a way for Amanda to get her flexibility back after a few years of not doing any physical activity. After being introduced to acroyoga, handstands and discovering the multitudes of arm balances and backbends available in yoga, she dove into exploring the physical and philosophical side of yoga. After consistent practice, she noticed that her perspective was gradually changing and her body awareness had improved. She finished her teacher training with Patrick Creelman and now teaches yoga at Lemon Drop Studio and handstands at Trybe, with emphasis on alignment.
