Luna had her first class back in 2015 but didn’t become a regular practitioner until her cat passed away in 2019.


With consistent practice, she realized how her physical and mental strength getting improved little by little. Yoga allows her to slow down and relates herself to inner true needs. Relaxation and calm has been established along with softer but also powerful body and mind built.


With the 4 years of on-and-off practice before becoming a regular practitioner, Luna understands different struggles for yoga beginners. She hopes to share her yoga experience, to listen to different struggles, to encourage various attempts, and to understand the more beauty of yoga with her fellow students.
