Adriana started doing yoga 3 years ago because she had on and off back problems from pregnancy. After doing yoga regularly, the problem started to come less than before until it was completely gone after a few months. She continued pursuing her passion in yoga by joining a teacher training course, and finished the 200-hrs of Yoga Teacher Training Course at Anahata in July. She began to teach private and group classes afterwards. She loves sharing her passion in yoga with others, and she believes yoga is NOT about being able to do complicated/advanced asanas, but it's actually all about getting on your mat, connecting your breathing and finding that stillness in your mind.
